-------
Here are some basic tips on roleplaying, if you are interested:
1.) Read the posts.
---- When you join a thread, you need to know what is going on. If you are too lazy to read the posts, DO NOT JOIN THE THREAD. What is the point of roleplaying if you don't want to read?
2.) Describe your surroundings.
---- ESPECIALLY if you are the thread-creator. If your post is the first in a thread, everyone will look to your post for the setting. Is it a mountain? A forest? Night or day? Spring or winter? Rainy or sunny?
3.) If it sounds funny read out loud, FIX IT.
---- Do not post something that doesn't sound right spoken aloud. Read this outloud to yourself: "Jaiven couldn't play. Jaiven wanted to teach roleplay. She typed for an hour and when she was done she found a nice song and she danced and sang and looked silly and afterwards found some tea and made some so her sore throat would go away.'
4.) Do not control characters other than your own.
---- Would you like it if someone grabbed your hands and forced you to slap someone against your will? No, you would not. You would be offended. Please, refrain from controlling other characters unless you have the Creator's (and an Admin's) permission to do so.
5.) If you're new, don't fight with other characters.
If you are new to roleplay, I suggest you stay away from roleplay fights. They are complicated. (See number four.) However, I am always open for mock-fighting, if you want to practice.

Sounds weird, right? That's because the paragraph (if you want to call it that) is choppy in some places, and has a run-on sentence. Try this instead: "Jaiven couldn't play because she wanted to teach others how to roleplay. After an hour of typing, she decided she would listen to music. She found a song that she liked, and soon she was dancing and singing. She looked rather silly; like a chicken running around with her head cut off. It wasn't long before her throat became sore from all of her singing, so she made herself some tea, and enjoyed the rest of her evening."
See, isn't that better? Let your story flow like it's supposed to.

Here, we plan on having two kinds of fighting. There is the Dice Fight, and the NoDice Fight. Please go to the Information Desk for more info.
